Nothing but issues!

I had trouble with my passes from start to finish!! First I had trouble getting the groupon vouchers to show up on the app. I had to call customer service, got it handled. Then, when I went to use them in Chicago at the Big Bus, 1 pass scanned fine but the other pass kept coming up as already used! The ticket lady said she couldn’t help me and I’d have to spend another $40 to get on the bus! I called customer service, standing on the street corner, angry and wasting time and was on hold over 30 minutes and nobody ever answered to help me! It was only when I started sharing what I was going through with other potential customers and losing them business did another employee step in and miraculously make my pass work again to get us on the bus! NEVER was able to get through to the Go City app customer service and wasted almost an hour of my time! Not worth it!! Was so happy to delete this app for good!

Need to call again?!

Couldn’t add my pass, which was purchased from Groupon, to the app. After reading the reviews I did call customer service. Yes, they did good in confirming my order number & email address. I was able to add my passes to the app. BUT... I told the representative that I will be purchasing more passes for a different city. Will I be able to add those passes without trouble? The answer was a frustrating “YOU HAVE TO CALL US AGAIN TO BE ABLE TO ADD ANOTHER PASS.” Seriously?! Can’t you spare us and your customer reps, who did sound bored and annoyed (I presumed from the same complaints) from all this trouble? Please make it user friendly for those purchasing from Groupon or Costco to add passes to your app.

What a perfect trip

To be honest, I was little worried before the trip because the app had such bad reviews. But soon it proved all my worries wrong. I bought the 2 day pass for Chicago and I had one of the best travel experiences. I never had trouble getting tickets using this app. It didn’t crash once. I also really appreciated the guide tap with phone numbers. I used it to call places and confirm schedules. Saved me the effort of searching online every time. Also has option to check the websites and the description of getting in was on point. One suggestion is (I am not sure if we can go to same museum or trip twice with this multiple day pass, but) it would be nice to show on the guide page or somewhere all the attractions I did use my pass for (or show like a stamp on the attraction slot) So that at the end of the trip I can look back at the app and see all the places I visited using the Go City card. Anyway, fantastic app! I have iPhone 6 with iOS 11.1.2
