Universal Studios Hollywood™

I planned this trip for my family of 5 because my son was being deployed to Japan and I wanted a nice last family vacation. On the website they had ticket deal for general admission and Halloween nights for $159, but it would not let me purchase 5 tickets. So I bought 5 express line tickets and spent like $1300. While at the park I ran into an employee who was asking how we were enjoying the park and I told him about not being able to purchase 5 tickets for the Halloween nights deal and he apologized and said that he would go with me to guest services and he told the girl behind the counter to give me the deal for the Halloween nights and she said ok, he left and she was having trouble upgrading my ticket and another employee walked over and she says I can’t upgrade her ticket and the guy says no, you can’t and said if I wanted to do Halloween nights I would have to pay $105 more for each ticket. Why did she not bring up the other guy who told her to upgrade my tickets? We still made the best of our trip before he left

I had my anual pass for more then 10 years and then we just buy every other year ….Before with little money we renew our anual pases we want that back…for Californians last month I had visitors from another state but they have they’re anual pass too and we went to universal and they didn’t let us go cause block day they ask too much money for the day so we went to another place and we alway spend some money when we go out …as a business is not good cause you let this money go to another place .we prefer universal than Disney cause you are our neighbors we live in Glendale CA ,the other thing is some staff need to smile and need to be more polite especially with handicapped for the tour it was very hard to sit our grandmother and then we notice that you have ramps for that but they didn’t tell us nothing I have other things that I don’t want to talk about but I’m still loving going there

I do love that universal updated the app for the Super Nintendo world section and now that land has officially opened the app is finally useful because of tracking your points changing your power up band name to what you want and more importantly get the highest score in the land which makes it even fun because you can see how much you progress so much and and how much keys or coins you have and check the leaderboard on the app and not have to wait to where the checkpoint flag is to check your progression faster and you can even get more coins by collecting stamps from the app meaning you can get more coins from the app so it makes the Universal Studios Hollywood app worth when you go to Universal Studios Hollywood or more importantly the Super Nintendo world land itself for the experience and you really need a power up band to experience the land too so it’s worth it.
