Otsimo | Special Education 1+

I am a blind an autistic person that uses this app and I cannot log into Apple account because it will not let me login. When I try to login to my account, it says that my login has failed even though the information is correct. Tried to sign in through other names and it won’t let me and I’ll just load and won’t go in. When I tried to do forgot password to reset my password, it says it sent the email but it does not send the email at all. oh my house staff looked at it and let me know that it kept buffering and buffering and the stupid screen just kept loading and loading and when I would leave it would tell me to move onto the next step when I already tried doing that it won’t let me. Please help!

We have 3 children on the autism spectrum. Our youngest is homeschooled and participating in a Son-Rise program. We know he is intelligent but it is difficult to know what he knows and does not know. Also, it is challenging for him to interact for extended periods of time. Otsimo is specifically designed to help our exceptional children! It is fun & engaging - he smiles & laughs! Our son is showing us how much more he knows that what we previously believed and he has fun doing it! Otsimo is providing a wonderful education, a fun activity, and an opportunity to improve his fine motor skills! The customer service is incredible! My son Luis was diagnosed with ASD at age of 2.5 (he is now eight). Over the years, Luis has received various standard treatments, including ABA, speech therapy, and play therapy. He has also taken various medication targeting nervousness, hyperactivity, and aggressiveness. All of the interventions above had temporary and variable positive impact on Luis. Some had no effect sometimes. Through the years, I tried different ways to engage my boy in meaningful interaction, but I haven’t achieved success. For example, we achieved positive interaction when we was going sport. Among non-physical activities, the only one that he enjoyed was watching cartoons together. However, all of these activities were limited to very short time periods. Luis was not able to get meaningfully engaged for more than 30 minutes, even when he liked something. When we started using the Otsimo application developed, I was completely surprised to find that he was immediately interested and able to engage himself in solving problems for more than an hour at a time. Luis works on Otsimo games every day and enjoys being successful with them. The progressive increase in complexity and comprehension of more than one variable at a time boosts Luis's attention. While doing the exercises, Luis becomes calm and remains so for long interval and even for some time after it. The Otsimo program has become our favorite interactive activity.
