I uploaded my first piece of clothing on Designer Wardrobe - someone sent me an offer and the app wouldn’t let me accept it. I emailed customer support and by the time they got back to me the offer had expired. I’ve now been trying to explain to them multiple times what has happened and they take days/a whole week to get back to me. This issue is still unresolved. Very frustrating.
