Last week, traveling from France to the UK, I discovered I needed a digital visa. The UK Immigration Service had technical delays, so I panicked when IVISA appeared as the first search result, advertising a "15-minute visa" for €200. I paid it. After hours with no approval from IVISA, their customer service admitted their "15-minute" guarantee doesn't account for UK government delays—rendering it meaningless. They refused a refund. When we tried entering with IVISA's application number, UK Border Control rejected us outright. The officer said: "You got scammed." They explained that IVISA doesn't get special treatment; it simply feeds requests into the same government queue as the official website—but charges €180 more. Using only the official UK application took 5 minutes and £20. We were admitted immediately. The kicker: we received UK government approval six hours before IVISA's “expedited” notification. What IVISA really is: A marketing company that pays to rank first in searches, then charges desperate travelers hundreds of euros for a service that's slower, more expensive, and completely unnecessary. They market a 15-minute guarantee while hiding disclaimers that they can't deliver it. Recommendation: Always use official government channels for visas. Period.

This app is great I use it everywhere I travel internationally for work. I have my other coworkers using this app as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick and easy process. As I was trying to check in for my flight to New Zealand, 24 hours before departure, I discovered that my wife and I needed NZeTA electronic visas to travel to NZ. I was at work without access to our passports so I asked my wife to download the NZeTA app and get the visas. She said she would and started working on it. When she searched for NZeTA, this app came up as the first choice and listed NZeTA in the top line description, so she thought was it. Not so. She reported that she’d decided to request the expedited service since we left in less than 24 hours. The final charge was $483 for 2 people after fees, taxes, etc. I have no idea if the government sponsored site offers expedited service or what they may charge for it. I CAN tell you that NZeTA charges $17 for a standard application while this app charges $77 for the same. If you’re going to New Zealand, DO NOT use this app
