It’s better all the time! Since people don’t usually leave a review unless it’s negative, I thought I’d do an up to date assessment. The app has steadily improved over the years. Most recently it’s been great and it’s really handy to have a map, schedules and wait times displayed in real time. I like that you can search by category within the map and find certain events, restaurants or rides. Although it usually takes some getting used to each time there are changes, the UI has improved with each update. Keep up the good work! Now, if we could just get in the park…

One of the main draws is the ability to get fast passes for your group. The app only lets you link 5 tickets on one account. We have a party of 6 and I was the only one that got a Shanghai Disney account before going to the park. I also had a lot of difficulty signing up for an account in the first place. There are also other issues with the app, such as loosing connection, difficulty logging in and crashing occasionally. All those are would be minor if they just let me link more tickets to the account. We went to Disney World with extended family and I could link my party of 12 all onto my account so I can set up fast passes.

Usually works wonderfully. The last update resulted in no wait times. Everything is just a star despite the Park still being open. A friend checked her non updated app and there are wait times available. Please fix!
