Virgin Australia

This is the first time I am flying on Virgin Australia. So far it’s going smoothly. The app was easy to use.

Great app. I live in the us and will be visiting Australia in the coming days. I was able to not only log in and connect my rewards account I was able to select my seats and check in will open in 5 days. App worked seamlessly

Quite disappointing for an airline app. No option to add your velocity digital card to your apple wallet & feels quite bare for an airline app. I am comparing this to other apps I use like American Airlines & DELTA, which all have a very detailed design, you can get all your information & easily store information into your apple wallet & change preferences on your profile. This app feels like it’s about 5-7 years behind.
