NZTD

1) When you fill out the declaration for other travelers in your family the app should prefill most of field (departure date and flight, home address, etc). It is painful to fill it out and to repeated fill out the same info. 2) I partially filled out a travel declaration on a web form through a link provided by the airline website. There is no option to continue or edit a travel declaration you started on the web. Painful. 3) It is totally unclear if a non-Aus/NZ traveler on a visa waiver through NZETA should choose “entry class visa” or “visa on arrival”. Please developers: think a bit harder. 4) Many tourists will stay at multiple locations but there is only space for one. Please make clear what your expectation is; first location or location where you will stay the longest? 5) So much information (including passport scans) were provided to NZETA and to Qantas just to check in. Can’t you set up a proper one-stop shop?

Fairly intuitive. It would be good to explain in the app that you only need to put down the first address you are staying when you are on vacation in NZ, and not every place you are staying at. I only know this from reading the more detailed material but not everyone will likely do so and maybe be confused.

The app is quite straightforward and easy to use. I appreciate being able to submit the information electronically in advance rather than rushing to fill out a paper form on arrival. Biggest feedback: Anytime you switch app screens - which I had to do a couple times to look up flight info, contact info, etc - it erases whatever info you had already filled out for that screen. Annoying when it’s necessary to flip back and forth for necessary info
