Reviews: What People Think About NZeTA

Rating: 2/5
As with others, I was able to complete my application but there is no way to add another traveler as it goes to a terms screen with no option to agree or to move forward. The other thing that would be helpful is if you do get your info entered and need to wait to add another that it would hold the original info in the app, if you close it or get stuck because you can’t go forward or back, it deletes everything you entered. I’ve wasted a lot of minutes hoping this app would be helpful, but still am going to have to go online to do my husband’s application. Just go straight to the web and save yourself the frustration!

I was traveling as a party of 4. Only one person in the group was approved according to the app. We drove to the airport unsure if our eTA was approved and we would miss our flight. It continued to show only one member was confirmed in our group. Luckily, the gate attendant was able to confirm everyone was confirmed. It’s unfortunate you have to use this app.

This app is fast, easy and very efficient compared to other eta apps. The only downside is the fees the government of New Zealand charges but that’s not the apps fault. The ability to put a family of I think 10 is a plus. Taking photos of babies is always a challenge so I wish there was a way to reverse the camera so that photos can be taken by someone else besides the applicant. That would be a suggestion to improve the app but otherwise it’s good
