Loyal customers soured by terrible customer service. Fifth order this year alone, and we received two wrong items (out of 9). Attempted calling “customer service” and they insisted that there is a “live chat” option on the phone app (there is not). Tried explaining to “customer service” that the only reason they were called is because there was no such option. “Customer service” said use WhatsApp (we don’t have that app) and we asked, “where can we find this “live chat” button/tab that you’re referring to?” and “customer service” hung up on us. Yes please! Take our money, mess up, make us reach out, and then degrade us with disrespect. Bravo!

Worst shopping experience ever, I bought a watch for 100$ and apparently you can’t exchange!!! that’s it. Barely 3 hours later I changed my mind and went back to the store and I’m told I can’t exchange or refund the item.. it’s worse than buying from cheap discount stores in Dubai.. day2day/ gift market are better ….at least they have a 7-day return policy absolutely zero consumer right..the cashier super arrogant told me it’s not her it’s the management which to be honest is true she is just following the rules.. if I could rate the shopping experience even less that 1 star i would.. absolutely disgusting!!!!

It is my first to see and use the app. But it was so user-friendly! And I really liked the feature ‘See Similar Styles’! It helped me a lot to cross from other brands with the design and style that I love. It was also convenient to return to the last browsing page when you view an item.
