This is by far one of my worst experiences, order was delayed - they manage to give DHL my wrong address and even when contacting them several times they didn’t support. Address on my profile was my formal address and yet they manage to blame me for providing wrong address - I had to check DHL website and realized that faces shared random lines duplicate of one part of my address . Order was partially delivered with no notice on the rest of the order which after chasing then it turns out it was canceled. They don’t send order confirmation- if your order is partially delivered you can NOT access full order - definitely deleting the app once I receive the rest of my shipment information. If there is less than one star I would have chosen it

After the last updates I could not log in using my email and password though I still can log in when using the website.

After paying, the order do not appear and an error message appears althoug money was withdrawn To get my money back, I have to contact support many times, which are very unhelpful They cancel orders many times and tell me that the product was out of stock, although it is still avilable on website There are fake products showen on their app with 0 SAR or 0.01 SAR If I try to order it and pay shipping fee, they cancel it I think they offer these fake products to attract customers I will never recommend anyone to use this app or even their website
