I downloaded the app and downloaded the info as suggested prior to my visit. Once there, I saw that it is not really a guide, rather just some maps, which you don’t need. The audio tour is free and very good. Just pick one up at each island.
So the developers chose for some reason to not include the offline content you need to use the app on the island (bad/no cell data connectivity). When you open it, it asks if you want to download the content, but if you don't do that until you're on the island, you're screwed. And who is going to do that, really?? It can't be that much data, and it's not like they pay for it, that's Apple's problem. Dumb design, though I'm sure there's some reason they did it. Maybe trying to cut down data usage at the ticket area, where a lot of people probably download the app (like me)? Anyway, it didn't crash on me like others said, but it was next to useless. Anyway, the free audio tour on the island is much better.
I would love to use this app but it crashes my phone every single time I try to open it and it never loads!
