East Coast Wings + Grill

This was our 1st time at ECW+G and it is my husband’s birthday. This is our new go to for wings also with great service. Our waitress was amazing. She wished my husband a happy birthday a few times and she was very helpful with telling me about the rewards program through the app. She also added my points to my account and setting up my account on the app was very easy and only took a couple minutes. If you have not eat here, you really should.

Pictures of the food are blurry on a tablet. Also, if you go to landscape mode on a tablet, the main picture fills the majority of the screen, making it hard to order. Otherwise, it’s a good app and the food is great

So order wings and tacos on the app. Get home, no wings…. Called and asked them to remake WHOLE order because mine will be cold till I go back out and get them. Get there they only remade wings. But if I go back home again and get other food, they will remake it. Told them if they would have asked me to bring it back when I talked to them,that would have been no problem, but they didn’t even mention that when I called. Manager refused to make it right. So for $10 worth of tacos and fries they lost customers!
