This app is so incredibly frustrating! We moved over a year ago and I have never been unable to change my address in settings. It won’t accept it no matter how many times I try. Every single time I have to manually enter my address. Today I got an error that says google maps can’t find my address and kicks me back to the delivery or carry out screen. So I can’t even place an order. It’s unfortunate that Northern Lights might be losing customers due to the fact that the developers almost never go in and fix these horrible bugs. A year ago was the last update? Unacceptable. Northern Lights, PLEASE dump these developers and invest in someone who cares about your customers!!!!!!!
A bit glitchy sometimes, but otherwise easy to use and navigate. Tonight the store closest to me closed way earlier than their posted time for some reason, but the app told me I couldn't order from there because the store was closed (I called the store just in case it was wrong, no answer so I assume it's correct). I chose a different store for carry out, so it wasn't a big deal, but at least good to know the app is useful in this way.

You would expect a janky app for ordering from a small regional pizza outfit, but is very well designed, intuitive navigation, and just works great. You can get exactly what you want in short order... like 30-50 seconds to order completion from the time you open the app. Easy and painless for pizza bliss.
