I was excited when this came out. I had high hopes for this. Pros: •track symptoms •ability to keep notes •ability to keep records of medications • access to certain labs •access to research studies (some paid) •ability to create reports and share them with whoever you chose Cons: •customer service/assistance is extremely lacking •some of the questions used for the tracking purposes I feel are not getting the true results they are looking for because of either they way the question is worded or the choices that are available to pick from •it locks up and will kick you out in the middle of your questions and who knows what the system decided to select for an answer for the question you got kicked out on. •I wouldn’t mind seeing some improvements or additions to the report options and to the questions. Everyone is different. It may work for you, it all depends on how you like to keep records. There are so many different ways.

This is a great site, but the questions seem to be repetitive, and an opportunity is not given to give an accurate description of pain. In my case I have a shoulder Impingement which I could not adequately explain in the symptoms section. It would not be considered a flair.

I like being able to keep track of changes in my pain levels, fatigue, sleep, etc so I can look for trends. I’ve used my assessment data multiple times to share with my rheumatologist and pain specialist. It’s a good visual to show invisible symptoms.
