I don’t know if they look at these reviews or not, but it is rather annoying having to re-enter my information every time I use the app. Even after checking “Remember me,” it in-fact does not remember me and I have re-enter my password. If a fingerprint or Face ID feature was added like every other utility app has, that would be awesome

I've had this app for several months now, and just like the ONG mobile site, I am unable to use it to pay due to an inability to scroll down and select the button to continue and enter payment info. I always reach the point of selecting debit or credit card, but am never able to access anything further. Two stars because the information it provides in the way of usage charts and bill totals is fine, but I don't see any real reason to have this when I am forced to log on to a desktop/laptop in order to pay my bill anyway. Hope to see a fix someday, but I'm not betting on it.

Yes if you want to make a credit card payment it will take you third-party site… But if you enter your bank account information and have it saved as the future payment option, this app works perfect. Made my payment in seconds. The website was down (always an issue there) so this will be my go to going forward.
