AUTOMATED CHECK IN CATEGORIES: If the categories by which you rate your status automatically changed based on time of day, ex: 0700 alert to check in, the check categories are (SLEEP QUALITY, MOOD, ENERGY, LIBIDO, PURPOSE) then at 1200 you change sleep quality for APPETITE. So on and so forth. ALERTS/NOTIFICATIONS: Alert the end user to do a periodic check in, every 6hrs, or every 24hrs, every 48hrs, etc. would improve the experience. It takes the work out of having to remember to check in and therefore gives a better opportunity for consistency developing that baseline. I’m sure will be implemented as updates are done, but it was just one of my initial thoughts. In the current state it is good. I am looking forward to what the application will be in further refining. Cheers!
Downloaded after listening to SRS podcast. Such a great lifesaving idea. A couple of suggestions. Maybe, make a place to make notes of things that could affect sleep, stress, etc. that are out of norm. (I’m keeping my 18 month old granddaughter for a week). Also, maybe, a portion for women (there are plenty of women veterans) for hormones/cyles that may affect stress, mood, etc. Thanks for making listening and making this app.

I did run into a bug or some sort that will not let me complete my check-in. I hit “next” and all my phone does is stay on the page and vibrate every time I hit the next button.
