Interval Runner Basic

For me the best feature of the app is the regular update on where I am with respect to my projected run time. I also like the alert when to change between walking and running, as I do most of my running at night and hear these alerts in my headphone. Another feature I like is that the run automatically stops when the distance is met so I don’t have to worry about getting the distance right on the road or the trails.

I love how easy this is to use. I’m never more than a couple taps from being ready to go so I can concentrate on my running, not on getting my phone ready.

Stumbled on this app but it is exactly what I was looking for being an interval trainer. No complicated interface or setup just clean and simple. Let’s me leave my Apple Watch at home stick to one device. Mapping and pacing appears pretty accurate thus far.
