This app has a amazing general plan however it needs work as I feel that I should go a bit faster then what it is telling me, maybe you could make an option for this, and a bit more advice/ actual workouts (gym workouts) occasionally would be nice. Also the app could get some work on making it look better, but other than this is a great app.
