Just downloaded and tried to create an account using my iPhone. Filled out all information and clicked create account. Pops up “you have to accept the user agreement” to continue. Well, no spot that has user agreement or the ability to select agree to said agreement. So, this app is not usable and has bugs Aparently. If you’re gonna create an app and publish it, at least use it first to fix any issues.

Inmate has been incarcerated for months, trying to get in touch instead of having to go onto the website itself. Saying you'll be adding new facilities soon, it's been half a year now and nothing has changed. Don't send me a response that tells me to get in touch with your tech support, do better as a company. Especially with 70+ reviews that are all one star, do better.

I tried to add money and doesn’t give an option. Just takes me to make phone call. Then gives not enough funds on the account Just came from the jail. Tried to log in on one of the kiosk. Couldn’t find the symbol that I used in my password. Took a picture of the screen for proof. When I set up my password on the app. I didn’t get you can use that. I managed to add some cash to the account at the jail. Got an email saying that But no credit. On the account
