Dr Pratt is the really though while assessing my many health issues. The compassion and kindness she shows her patients is very comforting especially when I feel so bad. She is wonderful.

I’ve been forced off my former app to use this garbage. I’m surprised how high this app is rated in comparison to the amount of reviews that have gone unanswered. I’m in the middle of an IVF cycle and cannot login (cannot reach server) and access my medication calendar. Being on both an AM/PM medication schedule means if that if I’m unable to reach my doctors tonight to know my required dosages, THOUSANDS of dollars will be wasted. This is grossly unacceptable.

Since the launch of the IMS Care app, I have found that this has been an extremely useful resource for scheduling and communicating with the office staff.
