Every time I open the app, login, and complete my order I am directed to use a link in a web browser to order online for the location I’ve selected. I use the link and have to start all over. I pick the location and no matter what I do, it picks the wrong store. I’ve switched it to the Millenia location dozens of times and there is a 50% chance it is sent to the Sand Lake location. In addition to a terrible experience, the UI is the worst I’ve ever seen. As organization as large as this should have a simple and effective app. Each time I come to the store the employees are frustrated. They say the details don’t make it to their kitchen when you add customization or if substitutions are selected they don’t receive them. Spend a month updating the app with a real product manager and watch your mobile sales sore!

Before the recent update the app was working fine. I never had any issues and would work how an app should work. I was able to order my meal on the app and pay on the app as well and it was nice. Now Since I updated the app with the new update I can no longer order off the app. I logged in to my account, selected my store to order from and instead of showing me the menu it shows a link that then leads me to the magoo’s website where I have to login again. Like at this point there is no reason for the app. I enjoy the food there but the app is terrible. and it’s a hit or miss with the app. either you have a good working app or you don’t. Because one of my friends also has the app and is able to use the app perfect without having to be redirected to the website unlike me. And he has the app up to date. So basically it’s a hit or miss whether you will have a working app. if you haven’t updated the app yet I suggest that you wait.
