Having a hard time logging in the mobile app. Been doing it for almost 5 months still can’t log-in. Talked with somebody and told me to do it on-line. Able to log-in online but once you do it on mobile it won’t accept my email address and password. So frustrating coz it will be easier to do it via phone. Able to do it the first time but when they changed to HPSJ ecare everything was gone and a note that they don’t accept new registration.
Stuck on loading screen won’t let you log in
I can’t tell if this is a legit app. The QR code on the website does not link to it. App is missing Terms of use and Disclaimer section. What else is missing?
