A valuable tool in my journey to better health. A Registered Dietitian (through Medicare) reviews your meals & gently guides you toward better food choices. Even outside what Medicare provides, a Dietitian is available via messaging for any questions. Helpful reminders & insight on your Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure tracking.
