Had some issues with account creation and login on the first day, but it resolved itself the next day. I also contacted the HP Sprocket support team, and they responded very quickly and were extremely helpful in addressing my concerns.
Just bought this photobooth and opened it up. Downloaded the app and I’m having the same issue that the other reviewer stated. I set up my account, but it won’t give me the ability to login. He just keeps spitting and spinning and spinning on the screen.
When you get on the app, you either have to create an account or login so I tried creating an account and then it gets stuck on the verify email for ages and then finally I closed it out tried to create an account again and then it said the email has already been created so then I tried to login and it just loads and loads and loads and doesn’t even login. But I already have the device and there’s no way to use it because I can’t get onto the app. It won’t let me in.
