Honor Family

I love this app, but as I’m traveling on a cruise the screen is blank when I open the app. Very frustrating to keep track of my Mother when the app doesn’t work. I see there was an update 7 months ago, but it doesn’t seem to help me.

Dear App Developer, Please restore the old version of the App. With the latest changes, I am required to log into the app each time I use it, and I must scroll to the current day from the first day we contracted with Honors which was literally a few years ago. It takes a while as I wait for the current shift to load. Thank you for the consideration!

All the caregivers have been compassionate and very helpful. Being able to text the caregivers with questions and updates has been invaluable. I chose Honor over the more "traditional" care giving facilities and companies because of its tech capabilities and ease of use. Everyone at Honor has been very helpful. I am grateful to them for taking care of my dad in his final weeks/months and for giving me peace of mind at a very difficult time.
