This review isn't for Healthworks but for Trainerize, the company who makes and maintains the mobile app itself. You'd get 5 stars for me if it wasn't for the fact that the app is SO painfully slow. You all need to optimize your app and eliminate the lagginess. It's just makes for such a clunky and unsatisfactory user experience. It seems like a fetching issue or something - it just takes forever to click into a class. This feels especially high stakes when I'm on the waitlist for a class and receive a notification that a spot has opened up. The absolute glacial pace of the app has caused me to miss out on getting a spot in a class. It's crazy. It feels like I'm using a dial up internet connection. Also, please get dark mode prioritized on your roadmap! Healthworks, please pressure Trainerize to improve their app. Or outright consider moving to a different app provider. Members are paying WAY too much money only to have such a shoddy mobile experience, especially when mobile is *the* primary way to sign up for all that Healthworks has to offer.
Specifically PT classes - every time I login to the app, it adds another personal training session which I have to individually delete, or it builds up. I had to individually delete 50 past duplicate classes today and continuously. Sometimes booked classes will show up when I click sync to my calendar, sometimes not.
Great now… It took a very long time to have the Massage booking feature back and i wish i could see my check-in history like I was able to previously.
