I wanted to transfer 2 tickets to my daughter. But, I could not find them on my app (yet, I could find them on my laptop!). I called the Box Office. Apparently the tickets had been sent to Will Call. I asked that they be made available again in my app. I was told it may take 30-40 minutes. But, happily, they appeared in my app within a few minutes. I have now sent the codes to my daughter. I rated 4 out of 5, because I wish it was able to be resolved without waiting to call the Box Office.
We were confused as to how to access our tickets on my phone, as my confirmation sheet said to access them in the NEW HTC mobile app. When we went there, those letters didn’t pull up Hale theater. We finally typed in “Hale theater” and were able to load the app.
My husband was forever searching for the correct email. Sometimes he found the tickets, sometimes we had to go get them from the box office.
