Update is so bad, it was enough to come and leave a review about it. Can see I’m not the only one. Cant see points. Movie booking process is awful. If You back out of a movie time you have to start from beginning. (Reselect date, etc. lots of hopping around and clicking.) The only improvement is not having to select numbers of tickets each time before going into a new movie time when backing out. Can do that towards the end when you’ve selected seats before checking out now. Please keep that feature and return the old ones. Also the icons aren’t clear ex: button that says sign out is more user friendly than a man running icon. Should be able to use points and freebies within the app as well and upgrade to paid membership each year aka renew.

This is pretty simple and straightforward. It is a good app to use to look at their movies and buy tickets and look at your account for awards. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the app is not set up to allow you to upgrade to the FatCats Gold membership through the app. If there was someway to make that happen (which there should be…as a society we can manage our banks, TV’s, and even house lights through apps) it would be straightforward and simple app to use for all FatCats purposes, and probably worthy of the fifth star.

When the app was updated, they struggled with getting it right. The refund option wasn’t working, nor the gift cards. They’ve fixed those problems, now, and it seems to be working fine, now. More, they contacted me to make it right after I had an issue. Issues happen. They owned it and made up for it. I really like FatCats, and use the app all the time.
