Greenwood Credit Union

I like and trust greenwood for banking but their mobile and web browser sites are very poorly managed. anytime between 3-7am the app is inaccessible which for someone working entirely night shifts like me makes it unusable. these issues while not as bad durring the day, are also still present with random errors and occurrences at any given time and the fact i cannot adequately monitor my spending due to this has lead me to have alot of issues where i cant get lunch or gas without fear of overdrafts or not being able to know where and what my money situation is.

At times this app is great other times it doesn’t recognize me and won’t respond! I still have issues for the facial recognition not working.

The amount of errors, and inability to log into the app seamlessly is frankly inexcusable at this point. I have to call the bank every couple of months to get let back in, because all of a sudden the Face ID doesn’t work, and then the password doesn’t work. Other banks also send a daily push notification with current balances. There is no option for that, but it would be appreciated. Also, mobile check deposit would be nice.
