Being mostly positive experience had a couple miss understanding that were quickly resolved with a simple phone call.
The new app is terrible. It is super slow when loading menus, the design is so clunky and cumbersome. I miss the previous app which was much easier to navigate through.
I used to be able to pay my mortgage via the app. The app has completely changed and no longer allows me to. I called customer support and apparently it’s a known bug. You would think a banking app would thoroughly test the feature where people pay or transfer funds. Huge miss.
