Because we have to order by 3:00 pm to pick up a dinner meal between 4:30 and 5:00, I’ve attempted to place a dinner order between 12:00 and 1:30. Although I have stated 4:30 as the pickup time, I have gotten the menu display for lunch. I’ve placed an order only to be told once that the kitchen couldn’t make it. The second occurrence, I placed a $10 order but when picking it up found it to be the $22 dinner special. The app needs to be fixed so that when selecting a dinner time pickup in step 1, the dinner menu is displayed. Specifically for the Broadstreet Bistro restaurant. The app seems to display the menu based on time of day.
Lectures appears under several sections. Under entertainment, under lectures, and one other but they don,t show info about lecture with picture, title. In one case it says pending, last updated in July. It gives the impression the lecture Series program is not functioning. Our next lecture. Program is this Monday October 28 with Buntzie Churchill and it isn’t showing in those designated places. Very frustrating.
A very useful application that I use daily to keep informed about all manner of activities and events at Claridge Court. While appreciating the scope and extent of the information that is available on CareMerge, the information is not totally current at all times. Having remarked that information may from time to time not be totally current, I also acknowledge and appreciate the time and effort that is required to keep all of the information current. I think that Ashley and others who enter the data do an exceptionally good job, and I very much value and appreciate their good efforts. Charlie Horner, Apartment 226
