I looked through different glp apps and although this one didn’t have as many downloads as other apps I wanted to give it a try because of the good reviews. It was such a mistake to pay for the yearly subscription, there are so many things wrong with this app. The calorie tracker is not accurate at all it doesn’t even count like very common protein shakes correctly. The steps don’t sync with the health app. Basic features are okay but I regret paying for it because I could’ve gotten the same feature for free. I can’t even leave them feedbacks anymore too because my feedback option stopped working after I told them the calories tracker is not accurate. I wouldn’t recommend paying for the subscription. I wish I can get a refund, it was such a waste of my money.
I've tried so many other apps, but none come close to this one. Honestly, I was ready to stop my GLP-1 medication after the first shot, but finding this app truly changed things for me. It’s the only tool I depend on to keep me on track now. What I love: • The Widget: Gives me a quick update at a glance on my goals. • Medication Tracking: I love the estimate of how much medication is still in my system and the log for injection sites. • Tech Sync: It counts my steps perfectly by checking in with my Apple Watch. My only feedback: I wish there was a "correction" button for scanned foods. Sometimes the macros are slightly off due to ingredient changes, and I can't fix them. I'd also love to see recipes and a community forum added! Otherwise, zero complaints.
I use this app mainly to track my weekly progress, and it fits my needs perfectly. The interface is clean and simple, which makes it easy to log my shots, update my weight, and track any side effects or symptoms I’m feeling. I admit I hate taking progress pictures, but having a private place to store them alongside my nutrition stats is actually really helpful.
