GLP-1 Tracker • Pokii

I tested 7-8 apps that would give me the best capture of info that I wanted. With minimal input to the app I get a good view of how medication changes line up with weight loss and side effects. I know when I had my last shot and when the next one is due. I wasn’t a fan of the input for food but it does a beautiful job of pulling in your daily macros from Apple Health if you track those things in a different app. I log my food in Chronometer because I like superior tracking of nutrition, then it syncs with Apple Health and moments later it shows up in Pokii. 💯 I had a question for Support and they responded quickly with a clear answer. 💯

Does exactly what I wanted to do: track Wegovy injections, body measurements, and weight all in one place. You can also track water and nutrition which are added bonuses for me. Best part is I don’t have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription. The app looks great- there are a few UI things that could be improved, like the option to manually enter data as opposed to using a slider or tapping things, the top-right utility menu isn’t quite long enough to fit the contents… but those are mostly just visual, this app is functioning just as well if not better than the paid ones. Very happy 🤗

UPDATE 4/6: I’ve been using this for a few months now. Still fantastic. With the new 2.0 update features on the graph, being able to manipulate it in one place rather than tapping tiny arrows… you guys made my dreams come true. FANTASTIC🎉 With the integration of food / water tracking the app is becoming more well rounded. I think if there was an option for females to track their menstrual cycles, nothing elaborate, just simply entry & track (and have the option for it to show on the graph as well), then this could very well be an app that far exceeds expectations… sleep tracking might be asking too much though😅 I think the only other add for now might be additional side effects (hair loss, acne, fatigue, anhedonia, nerve pain etc) or an option to add custom symptoms. All in all you guys are doing stellar job✨ Overall this app covers everything you need for GLP tracking (even reta!). Being able to get full lifetime access as an early user was a really exciting and unexpected surprise. I’m looking forward to watching how this app will grow and change with more users, more feedback, more data. For now, I think my only requests would be that in dark mode, if the chart background could also be dark/black? Or the option to change it to something darker than the blue background. I’d also like to add shots into the future and also see their future projections on the chart to gauge how the half lives will impact/compound with future dose strengths. Other than that, fantastic so far, love the colors and ease of user interface 👌🏼
