Gemstone Legends - Match 3 RPG

I’ve just started playing this game and I come from empires and puzzles , The biggest frustration about E&P Was the creators not listening to there community so I decided to just retire the game , They are so focused on money and the game just keeps on getting worst per each hero release . So far I have really liked gemstone and legends compared to empires and puzzles , It looks kind of complicated right now because it is unique in its own way .i really do like the concept as it’s different and more free to play friendly . The only 1 flaw I have experienced about this game , I’m not sure if it’s a phone issue or if plenty of other people have this problem as well but I get frame drops ( On a iPhone 13 Mini ) pretty often . Maybe implementing a graphics setting to lower the graphics and get better frames would be a good idea ? I’ve seen plenty of videos on this game and there is lots of good feedback about you guys listening to your community I would appreciate you guys making this happen and it will make the expierience a lot better . If it wasn’t for that I’d give this game 5 stars . I also do really enjoy the board play here unlike empires and puzzles , Biggest frustration would be needing 1 more tile and not being able to get 1 match to get your heroes to go off . You can make vertical matches here , 3 Matches in 1 turn , And you can make setups for future turns . And the best part is you and your opponent have the same board to play around ! Please let’s do something about the frames even for lower end phone models too .

Since I started playing this game not too long after it first started, they have been making it harder and harder to get what you need. New players quit after a week or so because when they start with very little it is extremely difficult to make any progress. The devs are extremely greedy and they think making it harder makes them more money. They are too stupid to realize they will get more money if they make the game more fun! They just made a change in the heroes that basically eliminates their ability to stun or freeze the enemy. When the enemy is stunned or frozen their turn is skipped. Other enemies that are charged with a passive ability used to not be able to use it as there was no turn but now their passive ability can be used even though there was no turn. This basically eliminates the whole purpose of stun and freeze. I am very close to quitting and I recommend you look elsewhere for a game that is much more fun than frustrating! They just released a new faction of heroes. They did not put in a rift to acquire dust to level up the heroes. When I asked how we get dust I was told you can buy it or use rainbow dust which is rare because you can only buy it or earn it in game events. Either the planning was very poor or they are very greedy! I commented that giving us the new heroes without giving us the normal method to level them up is like selling someone an electric car without a charger. If you think dealing with frustration and greed like this is fun. Get the app and see how long it takes before you realize IT IS NOT FUN!

At the time of this review the community/development-team relationship is extraordinary. Not something that can be said about many games. Hero development is unique. Heroes owned by different people or even duplicate heroes will never develop in exactly the same way. The use of artifacts with sub-stats precludes exact duplication. Added to that is the Arena cabinet which allows for individual tweaking of most stats for each color. New heroes are introduced regularly and even the most easily obtained heroes can become forces at the highest levels. Opportunities to get the highest quality heroes are provided fairly easily. As a free to play player I have been very happy with my ability to contribute at a mid to high level for my top 50 Guild. The AI actually shows some I! Overall this young game will become even better as it introduces more interactive PvP and brings Guild wars into play. As it is the game has outstanding hero improvement opportunities, a very responsive development team, and bright future if they continue treating their players with the same respect they’ve shown over the 6+ months I’ve been enjoying their product. #1 Discord and/or #2 Line App recommended. Discord is where the developers interact with players. Either or both are used by most guilds. In game chat is very limited.
