This app has the potential to be great but is incredibly glitchy. There also isn’t a notes section to add comments around drop off information / dietary requirements etc. to work around this I’ve used the chat function, creating differently titled chats for each separate item e.g. dietary requirements. Unfortunately for me, you can’t go between each one. To do that you need to completely shut down the app and restart it. Really terrible experience. Same goes for changing the timing of appointments. If I change one appointment time in isolation, it will change all of them (despite selecting “just this one”). Also no option to view the week overall. Would also be great if you could assign tasks to people, rather than only having the option to “accept a task”. Makes coordinating a large group really difficult.
A wonderful concept to help assist and coordinate help when it's most needed! App functionality is easy to use, and prompt.
Font size for messages doesn’t change with iPhone font size. Very hard for people who usually use large font in apps to read and use this app. Also check accessibility options for colourblind people and people with low vision using screen readers. Thank you.
