Agree with other reviews. One improvement would be to allow the second and third respondents to show up as well. That would allow the next person who buzzed in to answer the question in case the first respondent git it wrong.
We bought the full hosting version of the app after testing it with just two people. However, when we went to play with the 30 people at our party, we got a warning about how the app might not work very well with so many people connected ... when I had only taken four people! We decided to skip the app and go old school. If the app can’t handle many people, it should say so. If it can, the warning shouldn’t be given.
I will project 6 pictures. As I give clues (description, fill in the blank) the students buzz in to guess the correct word. I have also used it for Family Feud. Works great and the students love it. The sound effects are a great plus. I do not project the app to a tv. I use my phone and the students can hear the sound effects just fine. I thought about giving the app a 4, because it would be so much better if students good assign themselves to a team. Imagine having to individually assign 29 students to one of six teams. And you can't create: team 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A; team 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B; etc., and save that even for the next class. Because once the Ipad cover closes all connection is lost, and all players have to be recreated and reassigned.
