I have been playing here for over a year. The new club levels were supposed to be so exciting. They do absolutely nothing I’m on level 37 and I want a couple spins a couple cheap packages but every time I get to spin all I get is a gold coins and I’ve never one time players got coins in a year and a half so you can take my money but you can’t give me money is what it feels like. Very sad sometimes simple is better.

Using the app I have to close out my game and reopen for purchases to take affect. Haven’t one at all since this started

This domain allowed me to sign up and also deposit money which I played for three days and suddenly my account was locked. I contacted support inquiring why. I had my wallet stolen and only had a photocopy of my ID. They refused it and my account remains locked. They told me it would remain locked until I could produce a color ID. I asked why was I allowed to sign up for and deposit as well?? No response from them and account is still locked. So I’m reporting them, because once I deposit that money I was locked from any activities and game and any money deposited
