Played game and won over $300. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the redeem button and of course first thing came to mind was that they won’t let me redeem my winnings. So I contacted support and the first rep replied within a few hours and advised me that it’s probably because I didn’t complete the verification process yet is why there’s no redeem button. In that same email, he sent a link to the verification process. He stated that my current address needs to match my driver’s license and other requirements that were needed. Now I moved and my address didn’t match the address on my driver’s license so I responded to the email with that concern. A different rep responded maybe an half hour later explaining what I needed to do to prove that I lived at my current address. I provided documentation from the options given and a 3rd rep responded letting me know that my document was accepted and my redemption was ready for cash out.
