Ordered and added priority shipping - charged for it and it’s 12 days later with still nothing! Website and app do not register, keeps saying a verification email has been sent, but doesn’t arrive, so unable to track any order or shipping details. Emailed support 3x, only got a response once saying they would check on status and let me know, and that was four days ago, the last two days I have no response. I wish I had read these warning reviews sooner. I’m reporting this company to the attorney general and consumer protection agencies!! DEVELOPER RESPONSE IS A LIE. SAME GENERIC RESPONSE THAT I ALREADY GOT OVER A WEEK AGO. HAD NO PROBLEM LOCATING THE ORDER WHEN YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD, BUT NOW W WEEKS IN A ROW IT’S UNABLE TO BE LOCATED. FRAUD.
