I was in need of a couple new bras, and had liked the one I purchased from Shapermint before. While I was getting ready to check out, a pop up came up in my page, and asked me if I want to be a premier member, and get free shipping, and a discount on the bras I was ordering. I said YES! Within 1 minute my order went through, and immediately, I saw they billed me for double the bras to 4, and that 2 of them are not my size. Smalls, and I wear XL. Within one minute of my order I asked to cancel my order, and they said..sorry, it’s already been processed. Within one MINUTE! They refuse to cancel the order. I will NEVER DEAL with SHAPERMINT again, and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of their terrible business practices. Stay Away if you want to hold onto your money…they want it very badly, and will cheat you for it.

I have to say this company surprised me by reaching out to me after trying for awhile to get an exchange done. I was getting nowhere communicating with a robot. It was done quickly and they were very gracious about the mistake.
