Food4less contracts their deliveries with instacart people. I decided to give it shot because there was over $30 in savings including free shipping. It was supposed to be delivered between 8-10am the next day. Next day arrives and there is constant going back and forth for substitutions (not the shoppers fault but highly inconvenient) due to 1/3 of my grocery items being unavailable. Why include items in the ap for that location if it’s not even available? Shopper ended up delivering my groceries after 12pm. Additionally, i lost all but $3 worth of my coupon savings bc i no longer met the minimum requirements to use certain coupons. Ended up wasting time and money. Time because i still had to buy the remaining items myself and money because i still had to pay the delivery fee and tip the shopper. Beats the whole point of its purpose and of me trying it out. Never again doing delivery with you guys!

Every time I shop at Food 4Less I have the hardest time getting my advertised discounts. I always hold up the line at the cashier’s. The cashier is always so understanding and helpful to me. That is the reason why I return to shop there. I feel your store advertising is just a fishing hook for customers. The software employees could be refreshed to set up an user friendly app. Determine if the app is for “Kroger” Or “Food 4Less”. This may be a major reason why the app does not work at checkout. I just received an email from the developer team at Kroger. I sincerely appreciate the feedback and support they provide. I will follow up with the suggestion made and update you on the progress Thank you

I am officially done with this app. Why do I need to login every time I open the app and why did it make it so difficult to have any deals on the app? I can they just have the deals for anybody that comes in and that’s that. Why do I have to login and give them my information? It’s one thing I have to keep logging in now it’s another where they make it so difficult to look for the deal on the app. Can’t find anything to make the app so not user-friendly. Now I’m trying to login it keeps giving me an error I change the password and it keeps giving me an error. It’s very frustrating. I’m done with this store, I can’t believe people still come here and shop with stupid apps like this. I don’t know what kind of trend this is that everybody has a download that stupid app to get so-called deals.
