Flora - Plant ID & Diagnosis

I’ve been using this app for nearly a year and up until recently I loved it. It was such a big help to keep track of my plant watering and to make notes about by plants so I could take better care of them. It helped me keep my very large succulent collection organized, especially with its option to create “rooms”. These were crucial to me. Then after its last update, the “rooms” completely glitched out, replacing all 4 “rooms” I had with duplicates of one of them! 😱 Long story short, despite dreading having to put all these rooms back together again I decided to just do it….only to have the menu for setting up a custom “room” be broken too. I doesn’t let me save the settings (green save button stays dull) so I can’t even make new rooms! I’m so dismayed with this app now. I’d like to see if another update can fix this, but I’m not feeling optimistic. The other aspects about this app I do still like, but not being able to have my plants separated into more manageable lists anymore just ruins it for me. **Update** Developer has very kindly reached out to me to let me know that they are working on fixing the room issue right now and hope to have it fixed really soon. I really appreciate their taking the time to reach out and I’m feeling much more positive about the app again seeing how pro-active they are about fixing issues 👍

I downloaded Flora a year ago when my husband surprised me with a few plants on my birthday! Being new to the plant mom world I certainly didn’t want to fail my new plant babies! Flora was and still is my favorite by far and has everything you could ever want in a plant app. I look forward to waking up in the morning and not having to guess what plant to water, fertilize or repot! With my busy life, it certainly saves me a lot of time. I also love scrolling through the Community Garden and seeing so many other beautiful plants. One feature I find useful is the “Buy this plant for your garden” tab. It brings you right to a seller who is selling that particular plant you are interested in! How cool is that!!! One miner thing that would be awesome to see implemented is the ability to post pictures within a chat thread! I think it would be a fun way to involve users in chats/ discussions without them having to make a separate post just to show off a plant. Overall though I love the concept and how user friendly the app is. Super excited for those Pods as well!
