Flake: The Legend of Snowblind is a charming, quirky point-and-click adventure that proudly embraces the spirit of classic games in the genre. Its unusual, hand-drawn art style and snowy, isolated setting give it a strong identity and a surprisingly warm, atmospheric tone once you settle in. Gameplay feels intentionally old-school in the best way. Puzzles are thoughtful and observation-driven, rewarding patience and curiosity rather than trial-and-error or pixel hunting. The writing and characters have genuine personality, capturing the humor and quiet oddness that made classic adventure games memorable. On iPad, the experience shines. Touch controls feel natural for point-and-click play, and the relaxed pacing makes it perfect for both short sessions and longer, immersive sittings. While it represents the beginning of a larger story, what’s here feels polished and complete. For fans of classic point-and-click adventures, this is an easy and enthusiastic recommendation.
