I quite like how the reward for completing a sidequest and recruiting a new character isn’t just another warm body in the party, but also another new character class to make use of. I just wish that the team leaders were also capable of changing jobs.
Feels a lot like the old dragon quests with several quality of life improvements. Play it on hard its much more interesting.
The jobs system is very rewarding. Especially being able to keep the main passive ability for each job learned. It also has a good team system that has a fun combo with the jobs system.
