This app is comprehensive and useful for people who are new to the gym. It is easy to navigate and understand.
As somebody new to the gym, i find this app very useful. Especially the demonstration of exercise and explanation of different equipments are coming handy. It is suggesting workouts according to my goals and i can review my progress. In a word, this is a great app.
