It takes multiple tries to connect. It’s horribly outdated TiVo-based software that works maybe 40% of the time. I only use it to watch local news, but often give up in utter frustration. Hawaiian Telcom is stuck in the 1980s and their customer service is basically useless.
Super easy to login and start watching shows. Easy to find what I’m looking for, even on my phone.
Initially the sign in process took me to HawTel’s website. Closing the app and signing in again loaded the TiVo and channel choices correctly, and it was able to stream content from channels. HawTel needs to fix their sign in auth handoff in the app and then it should be OK.
