The previous app worked just fine and had a clean, crisp interface that was easy to navigate. This new app is inferior in every way. Takes forever to load and has a VERY crowded user interface. The seat selection system has also become worse because you have to unselect the current selected seat before choosing another seat. Whoever designed this app should probably not be hired again! Update: As others have stated, the app does not actually keep your tickets or purchase history. The only way to get your tickets is via your email. Additionally, it appears that sometimes the locations and/or features offered turn on and off. My example being that I purchased a ticket for a movie this Friday. Location: West Oahu, only theater listed was Kapolei. I figured this was my normal go to spot (Olino), that was not a correct assumption. To top that off, Titan Lux is not even an option on the Olino for any movies. Despite movies being offered in Titan Lux! Scammy app developers that should not receive anymore business.

The app was already inferior to its predecessor. Confusing interface, more difficult to navigate. The only improvement between the old one to this one was it looks a little more colorful, but otherwise it’s like slapping a new coat of paint on an old clunker of a car, it’s still rubbish. Now it won’t even work. Can’t see what movies are available nor showtimes, it actually won’t even load anymore, it’s literally the lemon on the lot. I guess Consolidated is literally trying to drive business to Regal at this point.

It took sometime to get use to the app but i find it better. I like how the set up is and it’s easier to find everything plus it’s also easier to find the different locations. The only downfall is that it crashes sometimes and it doesn’t have the ticket history. I think those needs to get fix asap. Also they should label the food to uber because it shows the uber times, not the in store food hours.
