One of the last updates eliminated channel numbers in the Guide. It makes the Guide practically worthless. Why would you do that?
Most of the changes seem good and should be easy to adapt to. The only thing I dislike so far is the elimination of the channel numbers on the guide. Personally this makes it much harder for me to know where I am in the guide. Also, the technical support link under Help brings up a ‘page not found’ error. Lastly, unless there is a technical reason that prevents its implementation I would love to be able to flip back and forth between two channels like you can on most tv remotes.
Two key things the app needs are: 1) Picture in Picture. You can’t do anything else on your device while watching a show on this app. Your competitors have it, as do all the streaming services, so why can’t you? 2) watching more programs away from home. On a competing home tV/internet service, I was able to watch most programs, including live sports, when I was outside the home network.
