Fiesta: Photo Booth Software

Absolutely incredible experience with Photo Booth Supply Co! The quality of their products is top-tier — the booths are sturdy, the camera and lighting setup is professional, and the prints come out crystal clear every single time. Fiesta gets 2 stars simply because I find it easy to use for the most part. But the amount they charge for it is absolutely insane for what you’re getting. There is nothing to back up why this software has more value than others. You can certainly get more for less with many other programs. I keep it because I have a salsa and the lights won’t work with others. I’ve had nothing but problems the last several months. Screen going black, templates not saving, 2x6 being recognized as a 4x6 and cutting in half, phone app not syncing to iPad, the list goes on and on. I would be willing to pay this price if it simply just worked how it was supposed to. But now they are increasing the price with hardly any extra value. We need AI, we need prints that work, we need to be able to do a drop-off with peace of mind, we need reliability. Please fix this app! You’re going to keep losing customers. Any of us can buy the same type of booth elsewhere for less than half the cost. That is now what I will always recommend to people looking to get into this business. I also think the design studio needs to be a little bit more intricate and easier to use with more features. Similar to Canva. But yeah… $120 a month is absolutely wild, especially for only ONE license.

Fiesta (and Salsa before it) have been incredibly intuitive programs that have helped me as a solo entrepreneur. Like every software program, there are expected bugs to be worked out on each update. In the DJ business, we often practice using the last update till the latest update settles in. I’ve done the same for Fiesta and have not been disappointed. They continue to address and work on the system in a timely manner. What I like most about the system is that I can feel confident that the guest experience will be intuitive and positive. It is easy for guests to use and doesn’t always require an attendant to monitor. The layout is aesthetically pleasing which is always a good sell for clients and other vendors (speaking mainly for the private events industry).
